One-on-One Development
We assist individuals to become high/higher achievers by providing them with one-on-one coaching.
Our coaching assignments have been with managers to Director level. Development requirements have included:
- Improving divisional performance
- Enhancing presentations to executive teams
- Improving presence and rapport
- Managing state-wide projects
We are accredited to use diagnostic instruments to assist with the coaching such as:
- Personality Profiles including DiSC and HBDI
- 360 Degree Leadership Instruments
Developing Coaches
We have:
- conducted Coaching Workshops to develop the skills of line and project managers
- delivered Coach-the-Coach workshops to develop internal coaches
